Spice Contest #3 (Diavola Pro)

Spice Electronics is pleased to announce a new Contest for all pizza lovers and enthusiasts!

Make your video and participate in the competition!

There are 3 coveted prizes for the winners... Here are all the details

Object of the contest

Make a Pizza margherita with the Diavola Pro pizza oven and with the refractory stone.

The goal is to obtain the best margherita pizza using the refractory stone instead of the biscuit at the base.

In addition to the final aesthetic aspect of the product such as shape, size and cooking, the preparation and management of the dough will also be taken into consideration in the evaluation.

Below is the video made by Angelo Caruso with the spreading and cooking phases

• Make a video in which to show the drafting phase and the cooking phase in the oven.
• Publish the video on Youtube in your channel (Here is a guide from Google on how to upload a video to YT)
• Share the Video from YouTube in the Spice Caliente pizza oven group and DIavola official group

Indicate in the description:

• Type of dough (direct, indirect or semi-direct)
• Characteristics of the flour (degree of refinement and strength expressed in W or grams of protein)
• Dough ingredients in grams
• Leavening and maturation times.

• Send an email to spicecontest@spice-electronics.com with subject "Spice pizza contest #3";
• Indicate in the content of the email the Video Link and the address to receive the prize.

Duration of the contest

The contest is active from 13 February to 25 February 2023.

Only videos posted before this closing date will be taken into consideration.

Nomination of winners

• The undisputed judge of the Contest is Angelo Caruso
• It will view all the videos posted on YouTube and then shared on the Facebook group
• In addition to the final aesthetic aspect of the product, such as shape, size and cooking, he will also evaluate the preparation and management of the dough.
• Based on this, he will nominate the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place of the competition

The winners of the contest will be communicated on the Facebook Group Spice oven pizza Caliente and DIavola official group by Angelo Caruso in the first days of the following week after careful analysis of the videos

Prizes up for grabs

1. 1st place: will receive a Diavola 16 pizza oven (here the link to the product)
2. 2nd place: will receive an Emilia mixer with accessories (here the link to the product)
