Thanks to the lid designed exclusively for the Diavola 16 it will be possible to reach high temperatures in a very short time. Furthermore, the heat distribution inside the oven will be extremely homogeneous!

ATTENTION: The lid has been designed and engineered to drastically reduce heating times. Be careful to remove the Cover when necessary so as not to exceed 500 °.

The lid has been designed in its shape to be used exclusively outside the oven, leaving the right space for air circulation and ensuring the correct operation of the oven to which it is applied. Any different and improper use with respect to what is indicated falls under the responsibility of the end user.

Original Accessory: easy to install WITHOUT ANY modification to be made to the Diavola 16.

With the lid it is possible to use the pyrolysis technique to clean the Hearthstone / Casapulla Biscuit.

The use of the lid does not affect the original structure of the oven.
