Receipt of goods
Upon delivery of the goods the Customer is required to check:
1. That the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document
2. That the packaging is intact and unaltered even in the closing tapes.
3: In the event of a visibly damaged package, it is necessary to request a note of control reservation at the time of signature from the courier in charge.
The packaging time of a product is the time that passes from the completion of the order by the customer to the actual delivery by SPICE – ELECTRONICS of the product to the shipper.
Packing times must not be confused with delivery times which instead represent the time it takes the courier to deliver an order and which absolutely do not depend on our warehouses.
Average packaging and shipping times 24 hours FROM THE ORDER BALANCE DATE
All orders received that have cash on delivery as a form of payment are shipped on the same day of receipt of the order (excluding holidays and Saturdays and Sundays) orders that choose Paypal and/or credit cards as the payment method with the balance paid by 12:00 (complete with all data for processing) they are entrusted to the courier on the same day and generally delivered within MAX 48/72 hours. Our couriers do not deliver on public holidays and weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
In case of absence of the recipient, a notice will be left containing a telephone number that can be contacted to make arrangements directly with the carrier for redelivery. Following the first failed delivery, a further attempt will be made automatically of return, after which the package will be stored at the courier office in your area. If it is convenient for you and you know you are not available, it is possible to go and collect the package directly at the competent office closest to your home, the storage has a deadline of max 3 days after which the product will return to our office.
After shipment, you will be notified of the tracking code and the courier to which it refers and to which your product has been entrusted, the most used ones are SDA - DHL - BARTOLINI - GLS - NEXIVE, through the website of the courier used you can follow the route of your shipment. Shipping is always free and included in the final price of the product
Additional costs for extra services Shipping

Accepted payment methods
It is possible to pay online or at bank branches. The cost of the commission varies depending on the contractual conditions applied by the bank to which you belong. The bank details are displayed immediately after order confirmation. The goods will be shipped when the bank transfer is displayed and credited. So you will have to wait 2-3 days.

Right of withdrawal
All products marketed enjoy the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code which covers any defects in conformity of the items purchased, existing at the time of delivery and which appear within 2 years of delivery itself. Any defects or damage caused by accidental events or by the Customer's responsibility for use of the products that do not conform to their intended use, or as a result of normal wear and tear, are excluded from defects of conformity and, therefore, from the legal guarantee.
The Customer may ask the seller, at his discretion, to repair the goods or replace them, without charge in both cases, unless the requested remedy is impossible or imposes disproportionate costs on the seller.
The consumer customer has the right to a proportional reduction in the price or termination of the sales contract, in accordance with the provisions of the art. 135 bis, paragraph 4, Consumer Code and, in particular, if: the seller has not carried out the repair or replacement within the terms and conditions established by the Consumer Code, or has refused to make the goods compliant; if the lack of conformity is so serious as to justify the immediate reduction of the price or termination of the contract; if a lack of conformity occurs despite the seller's attempt to restore the conformity of the goods; if the seller has declared (or this is clear from the circumstances) that he will not proceed to restore the conformity of the goods within a reasonable period or without inconvenience.
The consumer customer does not have the right to terminate the contract if the lack of conformity is only minor.
To benefit from this guarantee, the customer must report the lack of conformity with a communication addressed to the seller indicating the defects and faults found.
Unless proven otherwise, it is presumed that any lack of conformity which appears within one year from the moment the goods were delivered already existed on that date, unless this hypothesis is incompatible with the nature of the goods or with the nature of the lack of conformity.
Warranty for digital goods
For goods with digital elements, the seller undertakes to keep the consumer customer informed about the available updates (including security ones), necessary in order to maintain the conformity of such goods, and to provide them for a reasonable time, taking into account of the circumstances and nature of the contract and in any case, depending on the case, whether the sales contract provides for a continuous supply of the digital content or digital service over a period of time.
The seller is not responsible for any lack of conformity resulting solely from the lack of the relevant update, if the consumer does not install the appropriately provided updates within a reasonable period.
By purchasing a digital product within this online shop, you agree to lose the right of withdrawal if you download. These conditions of sale are accepted during the purchase phase when the order is finalized. All intangible products such as PDF books, Video Courses and other intangible goods present in the shop fall under "digital products".
SPICE-ELECTRONICS replaces free of charge at home all those products which, for various reasons, show transport damage or malfunctions within the first 14 days of receipt.
The Free Replacement applies, upon notification within 14 days of receipt of the product, only to intact goods including the original package/packaging and cannot be exercised for products which by their nature cannot be returned.< /p>

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Conditions are drawn up in accordance with Italian law, and in particular with the regulations contained in Part III, Title III, Chapter I of the Legislative Decree. 206/2005 (Consumer Code). In the event of disputes with consumers, the court of residence or domicile of the consumer will have exclusive jurisdiction.
