Average packaging and shipping times 24 hours FROM THE DATE OF BALANCE OF THE ORDER
All orders received that have cash on delivery as a form of payment are shipped the same day of order receipt (excluding holidays and Saturdays and Sundays). Orders that choose paypal and/or credit cards as a form of payment with the balance paid within 12:00 (complete with all data for processing) are entrusted to the courier on the same day and generally delivered within MAX 48/72 hours. Our couriers do not deliver on holidays and weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).

Products "Purchasable on Reservation"
All orders with cash on delivery that include products "on reservation" will be processed after telephone confirmation, and for this management reason they go into the queue of already paid orders that have precedence.
Telephone confirmation is necessary in order to ensure that the package is received at home. It often happens that the courier does not find the customer at home and is forced to return the goods with double shipping costs for our company and further inconvenience for the customer.

Right of withdrawal
