Special electric oven ideal for cooking pizza . Spice Caliente has been designed and built with a cooking surface in pure refractory stone (diameter 32cm) aimed at obtaining the result of a round pizza at home as with the same stone used in pizza ovens.
The oven cooks pizza and calzones in just 5 minutes! It does not produce smoke and does not release bad odors. It is equipped with a thermostat for adjusting the temperature, an internal stainless steel cover, indicator light and recipe book.
The electric Pizza CALIENTE oven by SPICE is not only special for pizza, but also cooks any food in an "express " way such as pies, meat, toast, chestnuts etc ... (making sure to use an aluminum tray to avoid the refractory stone gets dirty) just like a traditional electric oven.
It is a fast and compact product: it cooks a pizza in 5 minutes and a frozen pizza in 3 minutes, allowing for significant energy savings compared to traditional ovens. In this electric oven, the refractory stone is the same as in the wood-fired ovens of pizzerias: it absorbs the humidity of the pizza dough, so that it does not stick and is more fragrant. Fornetto di ottimi materiali, utilizzabile già come uscito dalla fabbrica. Con qualche piccola modifica diventa un prodotto incredibile rispetto al suo costo potendo toccare temperature irraggiungibili con normali forni di casa
