Corporate communication: cessation of sales on Amazon

Spice Electronics announces its decision to cease direct sales on Amazon, in line with a reorganization strategy of our group. The main objective is to concentrate all resources and investments in the direct services provided to our customers through the official website and our international partners.

This step is aimed at ensuring greater stability in the market prices of our products, with attention paid to the protection of our customers around the world. At the same time, we intend to strengthen and optimize commercial and assistance services, establishing a direct and consolidated channel with our customers.

Starting from the end of January, we will start a process of disposing and eliminating stocks in the warehouses dedicated to sales on Amazon. Once this phase is completed, Spice Electronics products on Amazon will be marked as unavailable on the platform. Staff currently involved in managing these sales will subsequently be reassigned and transferred to Spice Electronics' sales and service departments to enhance their operations.

It is underlined that the referencing on Amazon will be reset exclusively by our company, and therefore the products will not be sold and shipped directly by Spice Electronics on Amazon. Third-party retailers may offer our products on Amazon; therefore, we invite our customers to carefully check the retailer's authorization by consulting the appropriate link on our official website.
