KIT 3 - Upgrade v 2.0 - Complete Lower Part + Upper Part for Diavola PRO v. 1.0

Lower resistance 600 W - replacement of the old 400 W resistance with a new resistance with updated design and increased power of 600W. The 600W resistance guarantees faster heating of the hob and accelerated recovery of the temperature during cooking.

Insulation under the lower resistance - addition of an insulating element under the lower resistance. This ensures better thermal insulation of the underlying part of the product and at the same time less heat dispersion under the hob.

Stainless Steel Perforated Tray - replacement of the old perforated tray where the cooking stone is housed with the new Tray redesigned to allow greater and faster heat transmission from the resistance to the stone. This helps to shorten the hob heating time and favors a more accentuated heat maintenance compared to the old version.

Increased cooking chamber - replacement of the old cooking chamber (shell + basic resistance 220 w + new supports) with a new inner shell 1.5 cm higher than the previous one with consequent spacing of the upper resistance from the hob. This allows for more even cooking and higher crusts.

Increased Lateral Feet - The replacement of the internal shell requires the replacement of the old lateral feet with the new higher Lateral feet and with different attacks and passages.

New fans - replacement of the old fans with new, less noisy models. (the on/off modification linked to the temperature is unfortunately not applicable to the V.1 model, therefore the fan function remains continuous)
