Nicoise rice salad

Fresh but very nutritious, it is a real single dish, very easy to prepare. It includes the same ingredients as the famous Salade Niçoise, the vegetable salad originally from the Côte d'Azur, with the addition of yellow Ribe rice: then, boiled and chopped potatoes and green beans, hard-boiled eggs, well-drained tuna in oil, olives sliced ​​black and cherry tomatoes, all scented with a few leaves of fresh basil.
