May between parks and naturalistic visits

Spring and the desire to escape

In the heart of spring, May arrives and the desire to go out, to dedicate a day of rest or fun rises.

In our country, there is no shortage of places to escape: cities of art in which to visit museums and monuments, excursions in the mountains, tasting experiences on a farm or wellness in centers specifically dedicated to physical and mental care and relaxation.

The most popular for the days off are, however, the public parks: easily accessible, they are located in the city or outside the city and are always able to give a relaxing atmosphere, thanks to the presence of lots of greenery.

In practice, a completely free chromotherapy session!

The naturalistic appointments

Every year, on May 24, Europe celebrates the "Day of Parks", an internationally shared event that celebrates the birth of the first European national park in Sweden, in 1909.

An opportunity to remind us to visit one of the many protected areas in Italy, given that, from north to south, there is no shortage of opportunities.

Those in Milan can visit the Lambro Park, its farmhouses and old mills, immersing themselves in an ancient and suggestive atmosphere; in the historic center of Rome, the enchanting Villa Borghese offers its magnificent fountains and lakes surrounded by greenery, while in Palermo you can spend the day at the Parco della Favorita, one of the largest nature reserves in Europe: the Renzo Barbera stadium and a facility dedicated to equestrian competitions.

It is also interesting to participate in naturalistic events, since in May almost all the archaeological and landscape structures are open to the public.

Thus, we can go to the Asiago plateau to follow one of the organized happenings, such as the astronomy festival and the artistic path for children, aimed at the discovery and learning of painting techniques.

If, on the other hand, we love history, let's go to the "Via degli Inferi" in Cerveteri, to learn about the mysterious and fascinating life of the ancient Etruscans, while we admire the magnificent waterfalls and fresh lakes scattered over the territory of volcanic origin.

Never go out unprepared: tips

But what to bring with you in anticipation of a day to be spent entirely away from home? You know, preparing the backpack is an art and you are always afraid of forgetting something "essential". Do not worry: just plan the itinerary in advance and, perhaps, draw up a list of useful things to ensure comfort throughout the day.

To be careful, we put a first aid kit and a rain jacket in our backpack, because, as you know, the weather is unpredictable in spring!

We also bring some ready-to-use snacks, such as some seasonal fruit or a bag of dried fruit and a bar of chocolate.

Obviously, a practical packed lunch cannot be missing: it must be balanced and light, but tasty and tasty, for the fun to really be… at 360 degrees.

But above all, let's not forget the water: carrying it inside a thermal bottle will allow us not to have to look for a refreshment point to buy it and, in addition, it ensures that it will remain at the ideal temperature for up to 24 hours.

The thermal bottle, equipped with a hermetic seal against accidental spills, can also contain our favorite drink, cold or hot: sustainable and "green", it perfectly replaces cans and plastic bottles, fighting waste and acting as the real solution eco friendly for the transport of water and soft drinks.

Once washed, it can be reused over and over again and its double-layer insulated inner lining is effective and lasting and effective over time.

Available in packs of 2 and 4 pieces, as well as in the set of 25 water bottles, specifically intended for large groups, it represents the most practical solution not only on leisure days but also in everyday life.
