Diavola Pro reaches very high temperatures often exceeding 500 degrees during use. If these temperatures are not "managed" with appropriate construction strategies, they can cause serious damage to the materials and components of the oven, which in some cases can also turn into real damage to the health of those who use these ovens such as for example

• release of substances and therefore contamination of foods,
• simple burns coming into contact with the oven
• dissolution of materials (extreme cases) because you simply forgot it on.

Diavola Pro is not afraid of all this that's why...

1) Protection from contamination risks

All the components of the Diavola Pro cooking chamber, from the cap to the simple screw or support up to the resistance itself, are made of AISI 310S steel. This type of steel is also called "refractory steel" due to its peculiarity of being highly resistant to very high temperatures, resistant and safe, tested at very high temperatures without any contamination.

2) Protection from the risk of burns

The cooling system, our exclusive patent, allows you to touch the most used parts of the oven in complete tranquility, despite the fact that the temperature inside the oven is abundantly higher than 500 degrees, without incurring the risk of burns. Furthermore, the cooling system safely protects all the internal components, extending the life of the components themselves by avoiding heat wear.

3) Protection from extreme events

Diavola pro and fully protected against any extreme event by 3 completely independent safety systems.

The first mechanical safety thermostat intervenes mechanically if the maximum set temperature is exceeded (usually 550 degrees), interrupting the energy to the electrical resistances selected at that moment.

In the event that the mechanical thermostat does not intervene due to its failure, the second independent safety system takes over: the "thermal fuse". This system detects the temperature in a critical point and therefore at a high risk of overheating the oven and when the set temperature is exceeded it intervenes by removing the electrical contact from the whole oven with a single exception, it maintains the power supply to the cooling fans.

These are precisely the third independent security system. Even in the event of overheating and therefore intervention of the two previous systems, the fans remain on and continue their cooling action being on their own independent power supply circuit.
