Using the oven as a cooking tool offers countless advantages : many pasta dishes can be prepared several days in advance; once prepared, keep them in the fridge or freezer and cook them just before serving.
Cooking in the oven offers the possibility of preparing delicious "last minute" meals : bruschetta, fish fillets au gratin, or delicious morsels of stringy cheese, with very minimal preparation times.

The ingredients acquire greater flavor when cooked in the oven , the vegetables in fact concentrate their flavor thanks to the evaporation of the aqueous parts. Therefore, much less condiments such as oil and salt are enough.
