However, our continued attention to our customers doesn't stop there. We are aware that the real service consists in accompanying our product also and above all during the 24-month guarantee period. For this reason, we have created our own dedicated support service, the Spice Premium Guarantee.

Our Premium Spice Guarantee offers free and direct replacement of the defective product at the customer's home within 48 hours of taking charge of the request for assistance. Our courier collects the defective product and delivers the new one at no cost to the customer.

But that is not all! We also offer four Premium Plus warranty extension packages for extra peace of mind. With these packages, you can extend the statutory 24-month warranty up to a maximum of 48 months. Warranty extensions are available for products with a value of up to €100 or €300 and can be purchased directly on our website by downloading the extension certificate.

Premium Plus warranty packages

We offer four Premium Plus warranty extension packages.

The first package offers a 12-month warranty extension in addition to the statutory 24-month warranty, for a total of 36 months, and is valid for products with a value of up to €100. The price of this package is €19.90.

The second package offers a 12-month warranty extension in addition to the statutory 24-month warranty, for a total of 36 months, and is valid for products with a value of up to €300. The price of this package is €34.90.

The third package offers a 24-month warranty extension in addition to the statutory 24-month warranty, for a total of 48 months, and is valid for products with a value of up to €100. The price of this package is €29.90.

Finally, the fourth package offers a 24-month warranty extension in addition to the statutory 24-month warranty, for a total of 48 months, and is valid for products with a value of up to €300. The price of this package is €59.90.
